Thorough top-to-bottom cleaning including baseboards, ceiling fans, inside cabinets, appliances, and hard-to-reach areas. (Deep clean checklist provided upon request).
Preventative maintenance
Replacement and upkeep of essential household items(drains/ AC filters etc.) to prevent major repairs and maintain property value.
General Service Call
General household repairs (typlically not including any plumbing or electrical work).
